Detailed description of Wildhorse Golf Club At Robson Ranch
Wildhorse Golf Club At Robson Ranch is a Semi-Private, 27 hole golf course located in Denton, Texas.
The facility first opened for play in 2001 with 18 holes. An additional 9 holes opened in 2019 All 27 holes were designed, Gary Stephenson.
THE FIRST 18 HOLES (South 9 and West 9) play to 6,859 yards from the Black tees for a par course rating is 72.9 and a slope rating of 137. This par-72 championship course features strategically placed bunkers, hazards, and landscaping that results in a design sure to present an enjoyable challenge to anyone's game.

The NEW 9 HOLES (The North Nine) (2019)
The first four holes leave you with the impression that this nine might be the easiest of the three nines. However, The North 9 is built on a hilltop and subject to windy conditions. Once you play the fifth hole, you start to think you may have underestimated the challenge. By the time you experience 7, 8 and 9, you realize this is the most difficult of the three 9-hole segments.

The people, both staff and the members I played with, were extremely nice and friendly. Greens were large and very nice. Most fairways were wide enough to hit. Played in less than 4 hours.

Much improved over the last few years with a new Grounds Super. Greens are very fast and in excellent shape

Good course, great facility, pleasant staff. Greens are the courses best defense.

My husband and I were visiting from North Carolina, considering Robson Ranch as a future place to live. We played the course and really enjoyed how beautiful the corse condtions were. Pace of play was very good and we never felt rushed or like we were being held up. Staff very friendly and clubhouse is fantastic! Would love to play here again.
